FutureSchools @ Singapore
A MOE-IDA Collaborative Project 
 
Beacon Primary School is the first new primary school set up as part of the FutureSchools@Singapore programme. The programme, which is a collaborative effort between Ministry of Education (MOE) and Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), aims to effectively harness technology for engaged learning.

 

The school started operation in Jan 2008 and was officially opened by Mr Lui Tuck Yew, who was then the Acting Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, on 23 July 2010.

BEACON GET-TO-KNOW-THE-SCHOOL SESSION (OPEN HOUSE) – FRI, 10 JUL

The school will be organising a Get-To-The-School Session on Friday, 10 Jul from 6 pm to 8 pm for parents and children who are eligible for P1 registration this year.  More details will be made available End-May!
